Standard Session
55 Minutes
Ideal for ongoing EMDR, IFS parts work, DBR, and regular weekly/biweekly trauma psychotherapy sessions.
Extended Intensive Session
85 Minutes
Recommended for deeper EMDR memory processing, complex DBR reorienting, or intensive trauma work needing extra space.
Out-of-Network Benefits & Superbills
Rootwell Therapy & Consulting is a private-pay practice. I am not paneled directly with commercial health insurance companies. This model ensures complete clinical autonomy, strict privacy, and freedom from insurance-mandated treatment restrictions or diagnostic requirements.
If your health insurance plan includes Out-of-Network (OON) benefits, you may be eligible for partial or significant reimbursement for therapy sessions. Upon request, I provide a monthly itemized receipt called a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider.
Questions to ask your insurance carrier:
- Do I have out-of-network behavioral health / mental health coverage?
- What is my out-of-network deductible and has it been met?
- What percentage of the session cost is reimbursed for CPT code 90837 (55-minute session)?
